The firm offers its services for businesses and offices of government and has a big experience in providing legal advice on complex projects and IT infrastructure with EU funding, advising on public procurement and public-private partnership, environmental protection, implementation of capital transactions along with transformations of companies and health care law.

The firm in addition to advice on their specialties, has also a huge experience as a conciliator in FIDIC related contracts. Pepole employed by the firm were taking part in the tender committee of experts, elaborated legal analysis of companies and other entities.
