Pomeranian Special Economic Zone Ltd (PSEZ) invites prospective tenants looking for industrial space to its premises located on the estate of the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park (GSTP). The premises comprise 5 production halls sized 500 m2 to 1500 m2.  The halls can be divided into smaller modules to suite the needs the specific client. Entrepreneurs launching their business at GSTP can avail themselves to a number of easements and conveniences, e.g. they are granted state aid in the form of percent exemption from the income tax based on the permit issued by the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone Ltd. (for the specific investment expenditure identified in the permit or the specific staffing level stated in the permit).

THE RENT

The rent: PLN 15/m2 of the usable floor area + VAT
The rent is inclusive of:

  • security monitoring of the estate
  • domestic waste disposal
  • water heating
  • administration fee specified in the PSSE Regulations

Maintenance of shared space.
Irrespective of the rent, the Tenant contributes to paying the costs of operating and maintaining the shared space on the premises. The cost-share is charged at a fixed monthly rate of PLN 15/m2 + VAT.

Media. The Tenant is also obliged to reimburse the Landlord for the bills for heating, cooling, electricity, and other media supplied to the Premises.

The Pomeranian Special Economic Zone permits the option of negotiating the rent rate.
